Wedding Coordinator
Up to 200 guest, 1 coordinator, up to 8 hours of on site support, 1 hour consult, event coordiation plan and timeline.
Flat Fee:
$ 750.00 (Plus materials/ 25.00 per additional hours of service) and $150.00 per waiter/ bartender/ assistant

OR
Hourly Rate (minimum of 2 hours):
$ 100.00 per hour (This includes time required for: consultations, contractor communications, on site support, required travel, event coordiation plan and timeline. Communicaions billed in increments of 15 minutes for calls/ e-mails.) Staff support is additional!

Flat Fee:
$ 3000.00 (or 15% of wedding budget, whichever is greater, plus materials)

−4 consultations with you via telephone/email
−Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
−Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design
−Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections
−Attendance at 4 vendor appointments of your choice
−Up to 8 hours of professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process
